السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عندى سؤال مهم وعاجل بارك الله فيكم

برنامج الريال بلاير عندى لا يعمل مع الملفات الصوتية رغم انه يفتح لى الفيديو

وقمت باختبار اكثر من اصدار بلا فائدة حتى انى غيرت الوندوز ولا فائدة ايضا وكلما اردت فتح ملف ظهرت لى رسالة تشبه هذه الرساله

وعند الضغط على more infoتظهر لى الرسالة التالية
