The Secret of the Night

Did you ever think about the night , as it draws down it’s darkness, as one great of the creator (Allah)?Allah (God Almighty ) is the one who created the night as a sign for mankind:

“ And a sign for them is the night. We withdraw there from the day , and behold , they are in darkness”Qur’an36-37

It is one of the signs of god Almighty that the body feels more rested after sleeping during the night, then it does after sleeping during the daytime . During nighttime bodies takes their full rest , as Allah , The Almighty has put a special secret in the creation of the night:

“Allah ,it is He Who has made the night for you that you may rest therein ….Qur’an 40:61

At night we see the moon , the beautiful lighted planet above. Truly it is a sign of Almighty Allah, The Most High!

It is He who made the sun to be a shining glory and me moon to be a light (of beauty), and measured out stages for it, that you might know the number of years and the count (of time). Allah has not created this except in truth. He details the signs for a people who know.Qur’an10-5

Marvelous it is , the darkness when it covers the sky , to spread it’s calmness over all creatures . Let us discover more and more what are the secrets of the night . Almighty Allah has sworn by the night , when it covers the world with it’s stillness:

“BY the night when it darkens (and stands still..)Qur’an 93-2

Also among the secrets of the night are the stars, that Allah has made as an adornment for the sky and to guide those who travel in the Earth

“ And it is He who has placed for you the stars that you may be guided by them through the darkness of land and sea. We have detailed the signs for a people who know “.Qur’an6:97

To understand the great favor of Allah on us regarding this matter, imagine that daytime is continuous, without end then ask yourself , what would happen to the world if it lost the alternation of night and day? How would the creatures have their rest with no night? What would happen to those creatures who only seek their livelihood during the night? What would be the result of endless daylight? The answer is disorder , chaos and disarray in the system of the world

“Say, Have you considered : if Allah should make for you the day continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you a night in which you may rest? ‘Then will you not see? “Qur’an 28-72

So let us submit our wills to the One Whom alone deserves all worship ,our Creator and Sustainer , Allah the Most High!All praise is due to Allah alone , who created the night and day as a blessing for us.
